1.      Service location grouping and pricing in transportation: Application in air cargo  Abstract: It is a common practice for transportation firms to group together a set of locations that they serve and price their services based on the group that the origin and destination of a service belong to rather than point-to-point.  Proper grouping of service locations and correct pricing under this policy is essential to the financial success of firms. In this research, we develop a novel model for transportation firms to simultaneously group service locations and determine group-to-group pricing by considering the price elasticity of customers’ demand.  We formulate the problem as a mixed-integer nonlinear   programming and propose two exact solution algorithms based on decomposition principles. The performances of our algorithms are evaluated using computational experiments and results show that proposed methods are effective. Introdu...

PROJECTION OF STUDY TOWARD FUTURE JOB

My name is Ariny Karunia Utami, I graduated from SMAN 1 Bandongan precisely Magelang, Central Java. At first I aspired to be a teacher, but over time, I changed my mind of wanting to become a female police officer. I had been searching for information about how to enter the police, but my father did not approve it. After that, I seemed interested in becoming a bank employee because I saw my aunt who worked at a BCA bank, I was given a suggestion to take the BCA Accounting Education Program (PPA) test and I followed the advice of my aunt. Until the time came I registered for the BCA PPA, the first test was the administrative test, thank God I passed and advanced the next stage, the written test. The distance from the administration test to the test was written so close that I lacked mastery of the material to be tested and made me fall. When I was in grade XI in the second semester, I wanted to continue in STAN (State Accounting College), my parents included m...

Helloooo ....... Introducing my name is Ariny Karunia Utami NIT: 180308134 D3 Transportation Management Study Program Here I will tell about a very valuable past in my life, my hobby. When I was a child around grade 1 of elementary school, I often saw my father and uncle playing chess. At first I was dizzy and confused to see a chess game that looked complicated but over time with a strong curiosity I tried to understand chess as it seemed exciting at the time I was thinking, which attracted me with the game using small black and white boxes and pawns unique chess pieces such as those that resemble horse animals and others. In the 4th grade of elementary school, at first I invited to play chess with my cousin brother and I lost. But I feel happy because I can apply chess games and make me more enthusiastic about playing chess. Then I played chess against my father, I won even though I knew it was just daddy's tactic so that in the future I could play chess ofte...
