MAGELANG


Magelang, Magelang is a small city in Central Java, Magelang is also called as a city of a million flowers because there are many flowers in bloom.

 1. Kupat Tahu 


Magelang has regional specialties namely kupat tahu, kupat tahu consisting of kupat, tofu, bean sprouts, and peanut sauce. Kupat Tahu is a food of Magelang's specialty.

 2. Getuk 


Magelang is also identical with its souvenirs, namely Gethuk Magelang, there are many types of getuk which are produced in Amgealng so that they are always a favorite by; by every tourist coming to Magelang.

 3. Prince Diponegoro Statue




In Magelang there was also a statue of Diponegoro riding his horse, long ago in Magelang Prince Diponegoro fought against the Dutch colonizers. And on April 1, 1977, a statue of Diponegoro was made to commemorate his services about protection against Dutch colonialists who still stand in the city of Magelang.

 4. Borobudur Temple


In Magelang there is also a temple that is included in seven historical relics or seven wonders of the world, namely Borobudur temple, Borobudur temple was created during the Syailendra Dynasty which was built during the time of the king sisingamangaraja in the Hindu Buddhist period. Borobudur Temple was built around 750 BC This building is often called a terraced pyramid which is composed of several stupas, where the stupas have the largest stupa which is the topmost building. Borobudur Temple is used for Buddhist places of worship, often used for Buddhist holidays from all corners of the world. In addition, this Borobudur Temple is perfect for tourism purposes with family, friends and even couples, hehehe only reaches Rp. 40,000 for adults and children Rp. 20,000.

 5. Chicken Church


Rhema Hill or commonly known as the Chicken Church is included in tourist attractions in Magelang. Initially this building was built as a house of worship with the shape of a dove and used as a drug rehabilitation place but over time, this place was visited by many tourists even from various parts of the world. The address of the Chicken Church is in Gombong Hamlet, Kembanglimus Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, Central Java.

1. First level (church ceiling).
2. Second level (Neck)
3. Third level (Part)
4. The fourth level (Mahkota)
To enjoy its beauty, tourists only need to pay Rp. 10,000, and parking fees of Rp. 2,000, -


6. Kragilan Pine Forest










 


Scruffy Pine Forest


Not only in Yogyakarta alone which has pine forests, in Magelang there are also famous pine forests called the Neutral Pine Forest or Top Selfies. Residents also use land that is still empty to make interesting photo spots and can also increase the income of the locals. For entrance tickets per tour with only Rp. 5,000, - and parking fees of Rp. 2,000.

It was very challenging and made me addicted to eat it again.

  1.      Service location grouping and pricing in transportation: Application in air cargo    Abstract:   It is a common practice for transportation firms to group together a set of locations that they serve and price their services based on the group that the origin and destination of a service belong to rather than point-to-point.    Proper grouping of service locations and correct pricing under this policy is essential to the financial success of firms. In this research, we develop a novel model for transportation firms to simultaneously group service locations and determine group-to-group pricing by considering the price elasticity of customers’ demand.    We formulate the problem as a mixed-integer nonlinear   programming and propose two exact solution algorithms based on decomposition principles.
